  • Important Notes Regarding Use of the Tent Area

    Purchase tickets here (akippa)

    • Please note that if you have not purchased a tent ticket in advance, you will not be permitted to set up a tent on the festival grounds.
    • To use the tent area (and bring your own tent), you must purchase a tent ticket in advance (one ticket per tent).
    • The number of tickets is limited. Please purchase your tickets early, as they may sell out.
    • You may not set up tents outside the designated tent areas.
    • Tent tickets are valid only on the day of purchase, within the designated area for the specified date.
    • The maximum area that can be occupied by one tent per ticket is [3m × 3m], including tent stakes.
    • Since there are no designated plots within each tent area, please be considerate of others and ensure you do not exceed the specified space.
    • If you have a tent ticket, you may also use only a groundsheet or folding chairs within the designated tent area without setting up a tent. This must be done within the same [3m × 3m] area as a tent. Please note that you may not use (or bring) folding chairs outside the tent area.
    • You may not set up “tarps (the type secured with ropes),” “shades,” or “umbrellas” in the tent areas. “Simple (one-touch) tarp tents” may be set up within the 3m × 3m area.
    • There are four designated tent areas: the “Family East Tent Area,” “Family West Tent Area,” “Forest Tent Area (East),” and “Green Tent Area (West).” You may not set up a tent outside the area you have purchased.
    • The Family (East/West) Tent Areas have purchase restrictions.

*Please note that the “Family East Tent Area” is exclusively for families and may only be used (purchased) by those accompanied by children [in elementary school or younger].

*Please note that the “Family West Tent Area” is reserved exclusively for families with children [in high school or younger]; only such families may use (or purchase) this area.

      * The “Forest Tent Area (East)” and “Green Tent Area (West)” are open to anyone.

    • When using the Tent Area, you must present your “Reservation Information Page (akippa)” on your device at the reception desk for each Tent Area on the day of your visit.
    • After verifying your reservation screen, we will issue you the corresponding “Tent Pass Sticker.” When setting up your tent in the designated area, please be sure to affix this sticker in a visible location (such as the tent entrance or another easily visible spot).Staff will conduct spot checks from time to time to prevent use outside designated areas and unauthorized use. Please note that if staff find a tent or tarp that has been occupied for an extended period without a sticker, or that is not permitted, they will remove and dispose of it. (*We will provide separate notice in the event of changes to the entry process or other procedures.)
    • After the event ends, you may not leave tents or other equipment behind, even if you have a tent pass for the following day. Even if you have a multi-day ticket, you must remove and take all items home each day. In the unlikely event that a tent is left behind, staff will remove and dispose of it.
