Regarding ticket reservations, there was an error between the initially planned start date for ticket reservations and the actual start date, resulting in tickets becoming available at an unintended time.
As a result, reservations exceeded capacity in less than an hour, and differences in the timing of announcements for each artist led to biases in the reservation situation, resulting in a lack of fairness.
In order to ensure fairness in this audition, we sincerely apologize, but we will be canceling all current reservations and conducting a new lottery sale.
Furthermore, since the number of people wishing to purchase the product far exceeded our expectations, we have decided to hold a "lottery" and make it a "sale" rather than a "reservation."
